Non-Refundable Situations

  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Subscriptions and Renewals

Free Version

The free version of Recurio available on WordPress.org is provided at no cost and does not involve any purchase or refund considerations.

Pro/Premium Subscriptions

  • Annual Subscriptions: Subject to the 30-day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date only.
  • Renewal Charges: Automatic renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not issue a refund for the current period.
  • Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods.

What Happens After a Refund?

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your license key will be deactivated immediately
  • You will lose access to premium features, updates, and support
  • You may continue using the free version of Recurio (if applicable)
  • Any subscription services will be terminated

Payment Processing Fees

While we refund 100% of your purchase price, please note that payment processing fees charged by payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) are non-refundable and are retained by those services.

License Transfer

If you need to transfer your license to a different domain or website, please contact our support team. License transfers are allowed within reason and do not require a refund.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks cause additional fees and processing complications. We commit to responding to all legitimate refund requests promptly.

If you initiate a chargeback:
